    AMS Enterprises, Inc. offers Walk-in refrigerators available in a variety of sizes. A complete cooler consists of the box with door, condenser, evaporator, expansion valve, drier, sight glass and temperature controller. A floor is not included unless you specify that option. All freezers come with the same components as the coolers with the addition of a floor, ramp and defrost timer. Refrigerated prep tables and upright refrigerators are also available, AMS carries several brands including: Beverage-Air, Migali, and Continental. Other new items include shelving, stainless steel tables and sinks, and can and dough racks. Of course if we are unable to provide you with a reconditioned conveyor oven to meet your needs, AMS offers new Lincoln Impinger and Middleby Marshall conveyor ovens.  

 

 

 

AMS Enterprises, Inc. offers both canopy and eyebrow hood systems. Canopy hoods are available in either stainless steel, or stainless steel where exposed. Eyebrow hoods are all stainless steel and are a low-cost alternative to canopy hood systems. All hood systems are available with or without return air. A complete hood system includes a hood, exhaust fan, return air fan and curbs. You can specify which items you would like included.
